Frequently asked questions & problems

How do I write lesson content?

Use the WordPress Gutenberg editor. You can combine regular blocks such as text, images, video embeds and code with your course structure.

Why is a lesson missing from my course?

Check that the lesson belongs to the correct course, that it is published and that the lesson order is correct. Also check the public course page while logged out.

A course or lesson page returns a 404. What can I check?

Check that the content is published and that the URL is correct. In WordPress, open Settings → Permalinks and save the current settings to refresh the permalink rules. If the problem continues, send the affected URL and the steps that trigger it.

Why can’t I see lesson navigation or progress?

Check the settings of the course you are editing. Navigation and progress depend on which options are enabled. If the setting is enabled but the feature is missing, include the course URL and your theme in a support request.

What if the layout looks wrong in my theme?

Your theme also affects how lessons appear. Describe what looks wrong and where. If you want to compare themes or check for a plugin conflict, use a test copy of your site so visitors are not affected.

Why don’t my changes appear on the site?

Check that you saved or updated the course or lesson. Reload the page and clear any page cache used by your site or hosting provider. Include the URL if the old content is still visible.

Can I request a feature or share feedback?

Yes. Choose Feature request or Feedback in the form. Explain what you want to achieve and how the change would help. A request does not guarantee that the feature will be added.
